Miller Friedrich Schnatmeier founded our company. Soon the milling of grain was supplemented with the cutting of timber.

Our sawmill and timber outlet stand near the historic watermill and the surroundings are still ideal: we cut, process, store and load our timber on a roofed surface of 11,000 m²!

Nowadays we cut mostly oak on a band and a frame saw but we also process other timber species: Ash, Elm, Cherry, Douglas Fir and Larch and, on demand, Bongossi.

Construction timber, KVH/Solid structural wood, glulam, planed goods, sheet materials and everything needed for timber construction can be found at our timber outlet.
